What do I need to start the trial?
Nothing. Every feature is unlocked for 30 days from first launch — no license key, no account, no credit card.
What happens when the trial or license expires?
The app soft-locks: you can still view everything and use your existing sessions for basic work, but pane splitting and agent-related features are limited. Your data is never deleted.
How do app updates work?
Official builds from v0.2.2 onwards check for updates inside the app and install signature-verified releases. If you are still on v0.2.1, which has no updater, install the next version manually once. The GitHub Releases page stays available as a manual fallback.
How many devices can I use?
One license covers 3 devices, and you can mix macOS and Windows. Swapping to a new device is self-serve: deactivate the old one inside the app and keep going.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The license re-validates every 7 days, with a 30-day grace period — so being offline for a while is never a problem.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
Purchases are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime from the Polar customer portal, and refund requests go through Polar as well.
