Keyboard shortcuts

PATerminal only takes shortcuts that don't collide with your shell. On macOS, Ctrl+E, Ctrl+B, Ctrl+P and Ctrl+Shift+↑/↓ are left to readline and TUIs, so only the ⌘ versions are used there. Ctrl+D on its own is never taken — it stays EOF.
